Project Manager - ICT
Estuary is seeking an ICT Project Manager to join our busy Digital Business Transformation team. The key focus of this role will involve putting our customers at the heart of everything we do; representing the needs of staff, residents and people we support; liaising with and supporting our Service Owners and Service Managers.
This is a great opportunity to join us as an ambassador for our ambitious and exciting Digital Business Transformation Programme in the role of Project Manager.
You will be responsible for planning, controlling and executing projects or sets of related projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex cross-department and cross-organisation projects on-time, within budget and scope, with end-to-end accountability; within SME multi-site organisations. The PM must be a subject matter expert in Project Management with demonstrable experience of managing complex projects that involve both Business and IT Change; have experience of achieving significant outcomes through influence and persuasion rather than through direct line management or authority, and experience of building strong relationships with people at all levels within an organisation.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in Technology, Business, and ideally Housing projects; you’ll also demonstrate strong project management experience in managing large cross-functional teams, a proven track record of influencing senior level management and stakeholders and maintain business buy-in and adoption to the solution throughout the delivery lifecycle. A key trait will be an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities and also be happy to undertake other work outside of pure Project Management.
The organisation is embarking on an ambitious digital transformation programme and this role is crucial in being able to bring value and success to the business.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to various sites, so you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 13th December 2019.

Estuary is committed to safeguarding and practices safer recruitment standards and expects all staff to share the commitment to safeguarding children and people with care and support needs. The successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
