Qualified Nurses - various locations
Would you like to work in a dynamic homely service where you can really get to know the people you support? Do you want to join a team in delivering innovative, excellent care?
If so, we’ve got just the jobs for you!
Estuary are currently recruiting full and part-time qualified nurses to join our existing staff teams. We currently have opportunities at Mountnessing Road in Billericay, Norton Place in Shoeburyness and Bradd Close in Thurrock.
We’re looking for highly motivated experienced registered nurses, or newly-qualified RGN/RMN/RNLD nurses. You’ll need to possess a nursing qualification and up to date NMC pin. Nursing care is provided 24 hours and therefore early, late and night shifts are worked.
In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a range of rewards and benefits:
- A comprehensive training programme, including all clinical/specialist training required to support CPD and NMC revalidation;
- Peer practice support via our professional nursing group;
- CPD and approved nurse training
- Opportunities to work additional shifts through our staff bank;
- Excellent benefits package for permanent staff, including a generous contributory pension scheme
- free DBS check
- Induction and training
- Enhanced maternity/paternity leave;
- Corporate health cash plan
- Competitive holiday allowance;
- Access to a 24-hour employee assistance helpline;
- Flexible working hours;
- Annual pay reviews;
- Long service and recognition rewards;
- Childcare vouchers;
- Season ticket loan and cycle to work schemes;
- Free parking and meals;
- Free DBS check;
- Discounts and savings on a variety of local retailers;
- The opportunity to make a valued contribution to our journey from CQC ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’.
So do you think this is for you? Are you ready for the challenge? Well if you are, we would love you to apply for these positions.
