We’re looking for an experienced part-time HR Administrator to join our small, busy team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support in relation to all human resources functions.

The Role:

The daily role of the HR Administrator will involve assisting with the co-ordination of training, recruitment and HR services, organising and taking notes at a variety of meetings and assisting with financial administration for the department.

You’ll handle a range of internal customer queries, also assisting with performance, compliance and absence monitoring and providing general administrative support as required.

The successful candidate will be a confident, intelligent and well-organised individual, with a keen interest building on his or her existing HR experience.

Significant previous administrative experience within a HR and training environment is essential. You must also possess excellent minute-taking skills along with good communication, interpersonal and IT skills with a sound understanding of databases.

Please note that Associate CIPD status is also an essential requirement for this post.

As a strong team player, you will also need to demonstrate good attention to detail with the discretion and confidence to handle situations which can be of a difficult or sensitive nature.

You’ll also need the ability to manage your own workload with a confidential and customer-focused approach.
