We’re looking for an experienced part-time HR Administrator to join our small, busy team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support in relation to all human resources functions.
The daily role of the HR Administrator will involve assisting with the co-ordination of training, recruitment and HR services, organising and taking notes at a variety of meetings and assisting with financial administration for the department.
You’ll handle a range of internal customer queries, also assisting with performance, compliance and absence monitoring and providing general administrative support as required.
The successful candidate will be a confident, intelligent and well-organised individual, with a keen interest building on his or her existing HR experience.
Significant previous administrative experience within a HR and training environment is essential. You must also possess excellent minute-taking skills along with good communication, interpersonal and IT skills with a sound understanding of databases.
